Getting Creative in Lower El

The Grade Twos and Threes have been busy bees the past couple of months, getting creative and having fun in a variety of art projects.

The children learned all about primary colors and produced secondary colors through paint mixing. They created some amazing self-portraits in the Pop Art style and also collaborated on a fabulous 3D Paper Mache solar system. The children truly shined with their unique torn-paper owls as well as their hauntingly beautiful Halloween silhouettes.

We look forward to creating many more exciting art projects in the coming months relating to our classroom themes including plants, animals, Africa and more!

Hooray for Art!
