Shortcuts, Keyboarding, and Paint!

The Kindergartners are now used to logging in, and typing for the first few minutes of class. Then this month we learned about short cuts. We are using ‘ctrl’ ‘c’ to copy an item, and ‘crtl’ ‘v’ to paste the item.

In Grade 1 we practiced our mouse skills by drawing a monitor, keyboard, and mouse in paint. It proved more difficult than we thought! Try it out, it’s quite a challenge! We also used a template birthday card and we all made one for Seané who’s birthday is today!

The grade 2’s are continuing to use Word and Publisher, and have learned about poster templates, and made one for St. Patrick’s Day.
