Grade 7 French

Bonjour!

We are off to a fantastic start in our French class, and already the students have begun to get into a routine! We have revised greetings and saying where we live. We also looked at a map of France and learned the names of some famous towns and cities in the country, and studied some French cultural events that take place throughout the year. In this first unit, we have paid a lot of attention to pronunciation, sound spelling links and the students have learned many tips for language learning.

Next week, we shall begin the second unit in our book, learning about family, personality and physical appearance. We shall study the important skills required to adapt a text and then put them into practice!
