We Get the Picture: Photography Club at MBTS
This past term, students from Upper Elementary and MYP participated in Photography Club. Students were encouraged to view digital photography in new and exciting ways.
They learned how to look for and capture compositional elements to enhance the quality of their photographs. For example, they practiced capturing balance in their images, finding texture in everyday objects, and finding unique ways to “frame” their subject. In addition, they also explored the technical side of photography, learning how to effectively use long shutter speeds and capture motion.
