Getting to Know Our Community  

This month, in addition to all the fun and hands–on activities in the Toddler class, the children learned about some very important people in our community. “RESPECT” was our Virtue for November,  and we think that’s exactly what our little ones gained for the very special community members who visited our classroom.  

We had the pleasure of having Mr. Ben Tresidder, MBTS parent and pilot for the MRCU, as well as P.C. Dixon and Ms. Cherry from the Cayman Island Police Force visit and tell us about their important jobs and about the types of transportation they use. Ms. Krista also told the Toddlers about her father, a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Canada, and a few fun stories and adventures she got to go on with him when she was a child.  

Our little ones were very eager to ask questions and try out some of the equipment! We are so proud of our outgoing and adventurous Toddler Bunch!
